Lockstitch Machinist

Job Description

You will be working for one of our clients based in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. We are seeking a Lockstitch Machinist to help add to our clients expanding team. This is a temporary to permanent placement with progression within the company and additional pay based on performance.

The working hours are 7:45am – 4:45pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am – 1.30pm Friday with a starting pay rate of up to £9.18 per hour. Progressive pay scheme in place for skilled candidates.

Previous experience is essential, working to a job specification, working at a fast pace, hardworking and reliable, good attention to detail, great communication skills, flexible and to work well within a team.

Lockstitch Machinist duties will include:

· Skilled lockstitch machinist work

· Producing insulation & fire protection jackets

· Quality checking

· Working to a tight schedule

· Fast paced working environment
