Job Description

Our client is a market leader in Galvanizing services throughout the UK. They specialise in treatment and coating of metals to steel products and have been providing Technical expertise and customer care for over 160 years.

They are looking for Business Sales Executive who can demonstrate first class research, negotiation and communication skills; who are resilient, target driven, who can promote their company promises in all aspects of their role. You should also possess well-developed literacy, administration and numerical skills, and be capable of successfully co-ordinating all the diverse functions of this important role.

Main Duties:

·Account Manage existing customers

·New business generation and development

·Offer advice and support to customers

·Liaise with other departments regarding customers’ requirements, communicating outcome or feedback effectively

·Quotation construction and submission

·Review & establish status or progress of quotations

·Reacting promptly to customer requirements

·Organise site & customer visits

·Contributing to sales meetings & any other group meetings

·Deal effectively with, and resolve customers complaints

·Chase quotes sent out to check status of job. Research prospect customers

·Deal with incoming enquiries via phone and e-mail for pricing of Chesterfield services

·Contacting lapsed customers

·Produce weekly and monthly sales report

·Full driving licence

Salary:

Salary negotiable dependent on experience circa £25k – £28k

Normal hours of work Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 3pm
